VCC and different names

Buy Vcc from multiple sellers ? you need to explain little more.

This is pretty frustrating as I have found out today. It seems if someone lets on to what is working then an avalanche of people will abuse the next loophole. I guess the only way is to try some VCC yourself.

Entroypay? okay ? Could any one tell me , we need to create an account in entropay on whose cards name?
Our credit cards has different name that's already ban on adwords, and entropay creates vcc on primary holders name, If i am not mistaken!
If you are using someone else's cc info ?
how do you get those info ?
also the bin which i read in most of the forums are ban by google, how to figure out?
I know people are helpful in this forum , elsewhere they are selling vcc methods which i don't want to be part of. Any would be appreciated .

In entropay don't you have to have the same name on each card?

In Entropay, the Card will be the same name as registered name in the account. But you can use any name or address details when you use the VCC for anything. My experience with it and Adword is similar to the guy above however, get banned fast and about 50:50 chance to win appeal, and then it will last for a month or so.
So the account might last few weeks before getting banned and if I win the appeal I will get another month on the account give or take? No matter which cloaker I use?

Yes, i think my longest lasting one actually is like 3 months where i somehow keep winning the appeal. But that's one out of tens of accounts, the standard situation is a ban right away, win/lose the appeal, going for a month before perma ban. Or rarely going on without a hitch for 2 weeks, banned, win/lose appeal, free ride for 1 month. But basically its safe for a month or so after you win an appeal.
This is the appeal for suspicious payment ban im talking about. About the redirect/cloaking ban, usually its easy to win by temporarily deactivating them showing completely safe website and appeal.

Most of the time VCC doesn't use protection techniques such as AVS or 3d.
You should be able to use it with any name even if the "card holder name" is different.
Visa and Mastercard network strictly need a validated card holder to transact on the network so every cards needs to be on someone whatever it's a company or single person.
But if the card is not locked to a given name you can enter any fake details on the site and the trasactions will go through on the VCC.

So it is better to use VCC without those security features, yes? If the VCC has 3d it is then locked to the name?
