Need the following template modifications done for vBulletin 4.2.0 PL3
1. Change maximum allowed social groups at any time to (1)
2. Make an Advertisement page with the use of current template (Like how this one is done http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/advertise.php)
3. Make a Terms of Service page with the use of current template (Like how this one is done http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/terms.php)
