VBSEO is gone now. You don't know that?

Install vbulletin 4.2.2 and install vbseo + vbseo sitemap generator and you're ready to go.
Better to skip the current version of vbulletin as of now till more updates come out.

Default settings will be ok for the start. And if you want to tweak further then there are self-explanatory guide corresponding to each option.

Its really not all that hard to use VBSEO, stock settings tend to work. Make sure you have the latest versions of VBSEO as there was a large vulnerability with it a year or two ago. If you have an old version make sure to patch the exploit.

If you have any specific questions come back and we'll help out.

Dragonbyte released a new SEO software for Vbulletin. Costs around £123 for it though.

I found its helped my forum a little, we were on page one with the term 'boxing forum' for a good while (before we bought the software we were 1st or 2nd on page 2 for many months). but we dropped to page 3 recently (not sure why).
