Hi guys,
One of the main reasons people join forums is due to their pagerank and I'm running vbulletin (I do SEO) but need some help.
How Vbulletin works is a 302 redirect from domain.com to domain.com/forum, within the Google SERPS domain.com is shown so I've built links to this site which is obviously a 302 redirect.
Obviously 302 is a temporary redirect so will not flow PR over. What is the best way to combat this? I've tried moving my forum from .forum.php to index.php but this has the same impact.
My site has around 3,300 links and a PR of 3 (6 months old) and PR has not been updated, using Site Explorer.
Any ideas? First time building a forum, relatively new - only really build links for 3 months.
Thanks
