I was wondering if someone could help me?
I own a website called gamblingparlour.com
and i have directed all my gambling traffic to
one affiliate program and it has received 85 sign ups
for them this month. The reason why i have not directed
the traffic to my site is because i have not inserted
the affiliate links for all the sites yet. Im getting about 3000-5000 hits every day with my gambling traffic and i think if i made a really good forum like BHW site and added it to gambling parlour it would really help my brand. Could you please tell me the best place to buy a forum? Also do you think its a good idea to add a chat room?

You pretty much answered your own question with the title of the post. Vbulletin is arguably the best forum script out there. You can buy it directly from them vbulletin.com . Go with the owned license though.
