hello, i have an USA paypal account, with money on it. it was limited for 180 days, now i can withdraw my money, but it can be withdrawed only with bank account. Any ideas ?

You can withdraw money after 180 days on any real Bank.

you can withdraw it with your a bank under the same name on the paypal!
