vba paypal

Hey fellow blackhaters!

If I open a new account on paypal and buy a vba or vcc and link it to my newly created paypal account. Will the money(maybe over 100 USD) I receive get on hold 21 days then ?
If so, then what do you guys recommend I do about it ?

PP may not accept your VCC but I haven't tried recently.

Yes, For the new Paypal Account - Paypal Holds 21 days for each payments you receive until 3 months.

My Thoughts : The main purpose of the 21 day hold isn't to help the seller or buyer.
If PayPal holds 2 million payments for 21 days,
assuming each payment held was worth $10.00.
That's $20,000,000 growing interests for 21 to 35 days.

Is there any workaround towards this ? Like receiving money on Paypal without getting on hold 21 days or getting your account closed/frozen ?

The Only way is "Waiting for 21 days"

I know, People Hates Waiting for 21 days,
But, if waiting for the Money..
Whole world will Wait!
