Hello there guys, I really need help now. I just want to know how can I create an account at ally bank to verify my US PayPal?

You need to be a US citizen because opening an account at Ally (or any US bank) requires a SSN. Be careful with Ally though, people have reported their Paypals getting limited for adding an Ally vba.

you dont know how to create ally bank or dont know how to verify paypal?
 
There is sellers here who offer them and sellers on the Aspkin forums. However, as jmt stated, Ally is not been causing problems with limitations on the accounts.

Some people here like seconeye offer virtual bank account for U.S though it has worked for many but some people have reportedly have their account limited for trying it.

Another method you can use is the bank account from payoneer which is legitimate.

What matters is how to track you down in terms of any fraudulent activity.

Probably going to need to buy one n that case, cause a US bank will need that SSN # from you.

Few weeks ago Allys vba were getting paypals limited quick, but now there working fine. Secondeye has vba

hello, I know durgaoffshore they can help. they will open an actual account and link it with paypal so that you can withdraw funds.
it is not listed on their site but you can talk to them via live chat or leave a message.

Buy one for $15 or so and call it a day. No point in going through the hassle of making it yourself.
