VB programmer recquired, vb small customisations

hello guys.

i have a micro finance software in vb originally developed by a local programmer.

the thing is that i need few changes in it.

one major change is that, i want the interest rate of 23% which is 20% in the software.

other changes are very minor types,

if any one can do this work i will connect thru team viewer. and show you the software,
