Vape Google Ads

Hey guys,
ive run into big problems with running google ads for vapes in germany.
We made google ad accounts and we went very profitable on the first day, but the big problem is, that our ads stop spending money after few hours. We had a very good ctr rate and cpc.
Every Ad we made, ran only like 30 mins to 2 hours, and they still showing that they´re active
Many ads didnt run at all and spend nothing.
Now we dont even get one ad running, i dont know the issue.
We are using a landing page which we are promoting via google ads with an blank page only with text but without vapes.
Does someone know a fix for the ads stop running problem?

Create a pre-lander and add google tags. If you are creating new google ad accounts, then make at least 5. Only 1 or 2 would be running smoothly. If cloaking is necessary, then use a cloaker.
