As other say,it can be 10~0k. Think about it and how much you can make by this and you will discover its value.

The value depends upon what the site is earning.

Pr 2 and DMOZ listiing do increase the site value, But not alot.

The site will be evaluated for PageRank and Earnings.

its not usefull to you suggests

its not earning sufficient so the approx value would be anything between : 10-25$
