Using the Rosener equation my maths show me $5278.14 CAD. I would like some input from the fine folks here (shout out to Meatwad!)

The real value of a domain name is simply how much the willing buyer is wanting to pay for the domain name.

Your best off selling (if your looking to sell) on domain name forums like dnforum.com, i've sold some domains there for some really high prices.

Thanx for the link! Was hoping for something along those lines. I checked out flippa successful domain auctions and saw barely any emd's.
