    Hi guys,

I ordered several backlinks via different platforms where you can rent links and pay a few bucks each month. Now I tested those links per site:mydomain.com/post-with my-link-included and found out that the majority of those backlinks is not indexed in google!

In my reckoning those backllinks which are not indexed don't hold any value. In other words they are a complete waste of money. Is that correct or am I missing something?

Bonus question: Which metrics do you recommend when determining the linkpower of a backlink. I take a look at DA/PA as well as Citation Flow/Trust Flow. What's your tip on that, which is most reliable?

They have no value if they are not indexed by google.
Depending on when you bought, and if they are any good, They should index them selves between 1 and 4 days max.

They sound like the usual spam links that you find on Fiverr. No good for your site, a few might get indexed at a latter date but they won't have much value.

DA/PA & TF/CF are all good metrics to check - I'd take a quick look at the links pointing to the sites as well.

Thank you for your input! Which tool would you recommend in order to check the links which are pointing to the sites?

What does it mean when a site which is linking out to my website is indexed and has a DA:38 but PA only 1? My assumption is, that it is not internally linked. I can imagine that linkbuilder put together orphan pages for every new client since in my case the URL is built something like this. domain.net/node/4325. What is your opinion about this?
