Value of a Twitter Account

I am planning on selling my money making blog which has a PR1 and whatnot, and im including my twitter account in the package as well. The blogs probably worth $500 and my twitter account has rougly 17,000 followers. It has been branded to my blog and not my name and was wondering what ya'll think a twitter account would add $ wise to the sell price of my blog?

Average tweet about my blog posts brings in about 300 visits. Its all n the money making niche and most of the followers are from chow and shoemoney's list.

300 clicks on 17k followers isn't much to be honest...I put a tweet on 4 of my twit accs with ~400 each on dif niches all for twitter products and I got 257.
