Value of 2 Backlinks to 1 Web Page from the Same URL

What is the value of the second backlink if you have 2 backlinks pointing to 1 web page(URL) from the same URL? Does Google give value for both backlinks if the anchor texts are different for each link?

I don't know the exact value, but they do count. I've researched several keywords and found sites ranking #1 with over 90% of their links coming from only 1 or 2 URLs, but the links from those 1 or 2 URLs are in the hundreds.
