A while back I made a little micro niche site as a test, and it has a total of four pages plus a homepage, running on wordpress. The website has had no offsite SEO done to it at all, is ranking organically for a few reasonable search terms, has $130 in adsense earnings for the past 3 months, and has made over $1k since being created, without being looked at or touched once since the day I threw some articles on it. All traffic is organic search and all monetization is adsense. With some SEO or additional content the site could turn into a decent earner.

Rankings have not changed since panda or penguin.

I'm thinking about selling it and was wondering what this website is worth?

You could ask that question to meathead, he's site flipping guru. Though usually they go worth of 3-6 month revenue.

I would recommend that you put some effort in it and generate revenue for at least 12 months from it and then sell it.

3 months earnings = $130 so 9 months = $390.

Sell it if you get anything near 400-450

Let it run for a year, then sell it for more money, make a few more sites while you wait out the time.

I wouldn't pay more than 500$ for it. I think you should work on it and make about 200$ a month and then sell it.

Your site is worths $400 - $500 , but if your domain name is good , like as 3 words or some good keyword domain then it worths more then $500
