1. Love your work. If you love working, it's not work.
2. Think of internet marketing as a hobby; more specifically a video game. The whole goal of the video game is to convince as many people as possible to visit your website or purchase your product. That way, if you ever fail, you won't be disappointed. Instead, you will get back up easily, simply because you have given yourself an unlimited number of chances in this "video game." You are the admin.
3. Don't set money or sales goals. Don't tell yourself "i must make $500 a day within a month" or "I must make 50 sales a day within a week." Instead, just do better everyday. Do better than yesterday. Before you know it, in 50 days you will be doing 50x better than the first day you started.
4. Pretend that internet marketing is now a video game. Replace your bad addictions with your good addiction. Are you addicted to TV, porn, or video games? Replace those bad addictions with your newest "video game" addiction - internet marketing.
5. The money will come as a bi product of how well you do in this "video game." The better you do each day, the more sales or traffic you will get. What's the direct result? Money. Don't worry too much about money. Just do your best at internet marketing and try to get as many sales or visitors to your website possible. The money will simply flow into your wallet as a direct result of how many sales or visitors you get.
6. Work 8 hours a day. Yes, it's a 9-5 job all over again, but guess what? You work at home, you choose when to start work, and you are your own boss. Drink that daily cup of ambition, and work, work, work. The more you work, the better you do at this "game," and the more money will flow into your wallet as a result of your actions. Besides, this should be 8 hours of pure fun.
Let's say you automate everything and you are only working 30 minutes a day. Awesome. Now you have 7 hours and 30 minutes to work on other campaigns or ventures. That means much, much more money.
7. Time is a million times more valuable than money. You can have all the money in the world, but not time. Use it wisely.
