I’m currently building a unified financial infrastructure for businesses, and I’m looking for early validators to help test and shape the product.

The goal is simple: handle everything finance-related for a business from one place.
From receiving money to sending payments, tax reporting, spend tracking, and customer management—all in a single system.

Today, many businesses struggle to keep track of their finances because they use multiple payment gateways, different bank logins, and separate tools for invoices, payouts, and reporting.

It’s fragmented, time-consuming, and error-prone.
This platform brings everything together and makes financial operations easy, centralized, and scalable.

Key Features (Quick Overview)

Invoices
Create and send one-time or recurring invoices. Customers can pay using any payment method you’ve integrated—cards, bank transfers, wallets, or crypto.

Unified Transaction Logs
View and track all transactions across multiple payment gateways from a single dashboard.

Mass Payouts
Send bulk payments either via API or manually. Pay multiple recipients at once across bank transfers, PayPal, crypto, and other channels.

Tax Management
Automatically organize transaction data and generate tax-ready logs. Submit or export tax reports with a single action.

Customer Management (CRM)
All customers—regardless of how they paid—are automatically logged. Easily manage them and reach out with product updates or offers.

KYC Management
Send KYC links to customers using integrated KYC providers, all managed from one unified system.

Communication Hub
Send emails or WhatsApp messages to customers or staff directly from the platform—no switching tools.

Team Chat
Built-in team chat and basic internal communication to keep everyone aligned.

Is this something you will be willing to try? Or you have some advise for me? Every comment matters, please make it real

Thanks.

This is a great tool
One setback I see, it requires users to have account on different platforms to use it, I mean connecting such account as stripe or.paypal

I would suggest you bring this in to ease usages

How do you suggest I ease usage?

No

Open to identity theft and you are a nobody with a trust score of zero

You can't afford security

And people will think you are selling their info

Think of something else

Sincerely,

The Eye

What if your entire store is on it? Then you integrate your gateway?

Well, having worked at amazon , who have very good devs, they do not manage to pull this off, it seems like you don't know why real companies hire accountans to this day, there's some stuff that you simply won't catch with code.

The project is too ambitious I think.

For example you mention payment gateways, that alone with failed transaction, server timezone differences etc will cause you issue where human intervention will be necessary.

And you mention bulk payouts, good luck having any one company outsource that. Also crypto payouts, there's many many things which can go wrong across currencies in crypto processing.

And all needs to be hooked up into your system, too, you need to think from the companies perspective, too.

As a ceo, I wouldn't approve, simply because I know how much can and will go wrong, regardless of what the brochure and sales pitch say
