Yes Vagex still works, I ranked my video on the 1st page of youtube for a new but competitive keyword with only 500 views and 15 likes. It hasn't moved since...

Yepp still works , but not on free membership tho , i had that for a week and it gets you views reealy hard , so i suggest you buy a pro memebrship which is only $5 and it works great!

I think it's still working for just now. It's only a matter of time to be honest before Youtube kills all these programs off for good.
