VA To Post Articles on Blogs With Appropriate Onsite SEO

I need someone who knows how to work with wordpress and can proper onsite SEO including the following:

1. Find related articles on the website to do internal linking
2. Proper descriptions and article titles
3. Proper image URL, Name, Alt. Text, and Description
4. Can complete the assigned posts within 24 - 48 hours.

This is a pay for work deal. I will pay you for each post you make.

Currently, I am posting anywhere from 3 - 10 articles per week.

I am looking for someone long term that I can also give some random other jobs as the arise and can be negotiated on an as-needed basis.
