VA to create and check Web 2.0s

So, I'm looking for a VA that will create Web 2.0s for me and add relevant images and content to it. Also, use different themes, add links, about pages, etc. It will mostly be Tumblrs. If all goes well, I probably have other VA jobs as well. Please include samples of Web 2.0s (Tumblrs pref) previously made. I don't know the prices for VAs, so I gues anywhere from $3 to $5 per hour is what I'd be willing to pay.

I haven't experienced with tumbler but I did web 2.0 work before. If you tell me the process once will do it. Content will be provided by you. My charges is same as always $3 per hour.
