    Hey,

Im looking to get some sort of software or service that will help me manage both my projects and my VA's tasks!

So for example i can split the projects and then put in unlimited tasks and say which VA has to do each and a date or whatever and then they can tick them off and add in comments (links etc) when they have finished!

Will help to keep me organized and also keep productivity up be such a time saver in general.

    Anyone reccomend anything?

    Lewi

Check out Basecamp, it does an excellent job and you can try a free plan today

I made something like this using a kind of templating system to bulk generate common sets of tasks and group them into projects.

Yes Basecamp would be a great choice. It's user-friendly and cheap. It has gantt chart feature to help you schedule things and activities. It also has a desktop time tracking to keep track of the time when your VA works.

Another option could be Zoho Projects. It has more features than Basecamp. You can integrate google docs in this software as well as gantt chart but it does not have desktop time tracking.

An option I'm currently looking into is building the system from scratch in PHP, a bit time consuming but that way you can customize as much as you need.

Nothing competes with Zoho, although it is a paid application.
