UUUhhh Peoople? Google? Number Jump+??

Uh people is anyone else experiencing a really weird numbers jump in the good direction?

Ever since the rollout of the new Google update as shown in demians post to all of us,
my sessions naturally through google jumped up to 59 from its original 22 sections.

It made three additional sales today as opposed to my normal one to 2 week. through seo!?
