Can any give me step by step help how to make utorrent download faster?
It's taking me hours to download a movie , even when there's hundreds of seeders. The highest speed ever gotten 98 kb/s

I use bitcomet It takes me Max 45 minutes to download a movie even if there is only 1 seeder

The thing is you need to register with them ( FREE) and then everytime you seed you will win points and increase you ranking . I m a colonel with them now and Last night I downloaded 7 Movies together lol it took me an hour , I was downloading at 10Mg/ sec for all the 7 movies

Register with utorrent? I use demonoid for all my movies have a great ratio. So if i register with utorrent can i still use demoniod?

Well he thought that in order to get good download speed you need to register to specific torrent site (whatever you use) . And whenever you download something you need to upload aswell to get good download speed upload and download should be at least 1:1 ratio.

Yes you can , and try to use torrentz.com to look for your torrents I have a lot of great thing there

You do realise that 98 kb/s is actually 98 kB/s. Which is actually not half bad....

I generally get around that speed aswell. And it would not take THAT long to download it. I wouldnt be suprised if thats the max your internet can handle.

Also ISP's also do traffic shaping which may result in slow torrent speeds during the day. but at 2am it just goes off the chain.
