Utility bill asked by Stripe

Hello. I had my account for some time and have sent my id to them. They are asking me now for utility bill of my address in Europe which I cannot provide (although I have a friend address in there but not residency)
Any suggestion for this? I could not find any service for address or so...

They aren't going to check just produce something that looks real. They don't have so much time to check thousands of utility bills one by one.
