USPS lost the package

Hi forum ,

I sent on time and USPS lost the package

The buyer opened a case and I put the tracking number

Ebay intervenes and gives the buyer a refund (I don't have a problem with this)

My question is:
Why does eBay count my seller metrics as a Cases closed without seller resolution, if USPS lost the package and I have no control over that?

Ebay is just like that sometimes, in anycase, most payments in general are almost always in the buyers favor.

ebay dont think about you they think their customer .so you can customer care and tell details.
