Yahoo answers is only to get traffic, your SERP ranking would not be affected by them.......... But you can get very good quality traffic.

do i have to use the same proxy ip for each of my hidden accounts that I use for asking questions to my money account or can i just use a diff ip each time i log in?

yahoo answers realy work.I do post answers with only 1 ac and get good response too .As long as your answers are good and non spammy no need to be afraid of ban.Very good small traffic but it is targeted.

Almost all SBI sites have backlinks from Yahoo Answers.

As for me, I have been thinking of registering multiple accounts and asking some questions. Then I could use another account to answer all of these questions.

This way, I don't have to hunt for questions to answers. The answer will be more related to my money site too.

But I haven't tested it yet.

Yes, it is true that Yahoo Answers don't provide much value in terms of backlinks (according to Tomaz of FreedomIdeas; he tested it).

You forgot to tell the guys that posting clickable links triggers yahoo automatic verification . The verification identifies everything from the hosting server of the site the links come from to the the IP and the MAC of the computer. They are effective and most of all they trigger spam alerts for anything that resembles a spam.

They ban the user, the email and if a site triggers more than 20 spam alerts in a day they ban the site from the search.

Tried the method , verified and I can tell ya...yes it is effective.
The SEO package I pay my online marketing providers has a section of viral marketing done using answersites. Their links stay allive because they had the guts to develop a different way of posting so the backlinks will stay even if they advertise the most spammy niche on the web.

So guys do not take the yahoo answers sites for granted they are far trickier than they seem.
