Create the pages using WP "pages" rather than posts.
Edit your theme to remove the add comment box and any mention of "comments" (eg. the links that say "2 comments" etc). There may be a plugin to remove comments but you'd probably have to edit the theme manually to get rid of every single mention of comments.
That's all you need to do.
