Using wordpress to creat a bulk sms website?

Good day People,

I have been making the research on how to create a bulk sms website and i have hit a brick wall because i want to do it from scratch .

Please do you know any wordpress theme i can use to get this done , you know something easy i can just upload on wamp , make some modifications and then the site goes live ?

Or have extensive idea on how to go about this using wordpress ?

Your ideas / suggestions / advise would be highly appreciated .
