Has anyone has experience using a whitehat front site to show an online merchant/credit card processor to avoid having to find a high risk merchant for adult sites?

How closely does the merchant inspect the site?

Not going to happen. You will get TMFed also and you will never be able to open a standard retail type business ever again.
