Using web 2.0 on adwords

Ok i read about how to abuse google adwords coupons some may seem ridiculously paranoid i am not sure but it sounds paranoid to me .. anyway im new to this adwords and i was given a credit of $25 after spending $10 lol and i was curious as i see it a lot on my competition, why my competition always use web 2.0 not their direct website? is it because they use somekind of google adwords tricks like the coupon? will they ever caught? i want to learn how as this can save me a lot of money i dont mind wasting my time but how do i start?

as far as i know this is what i need everytime i create a new account

1. new personal info includes billing address
2. new card details
3. new hosting
4. new domain (or perhaps i can use web 2.0 instead of buying new domain?)
5. i should use proxy everytime i create new google adwords account

new hosting is not required, and yes you can use web 2.0

People hardly share anything about adwords you have to test everything yourself like me.. lol
