I was just wondering whether it is safe to add Web 2.0 link (Blogger, WP, Weebly, Storify) on my IG bio and then direct the user to my landing page/offers.
Of course it is, there's no problem with the domain, the problem will be if you put nasty / spammy things on that site and users report the url, other than that you should be fine.
