have you ever tried to use a web 2.0 as a money site? I think it's a good idea because the web 2.0 domain already has authority. I know the argument against that is the admins can delete you at any time, but if you dont have outgoing links, they shouldn't delete, right?
which web 2.0 do you recommend for money site? I tried wordpress once but the damn thing wouldn't rank, I think wordpress is on google's radar as too spammed.

get a paid web 2.0, like weebly 5/month then they won't delete it.

That limits your ability to market your products any way you want. If you use a web 2.0 in that way, it's a waste of SEO in my opinion. Your money site can have anything sold on it, be sold in the future, be part of a PBN, etc.

I see why you thought of it, but I'm all about that long term, built up authority.

Depends how much flexibility you are after, but yes, a web2.0s is actually designed to be used as a money site instead of back-linking.

Yes. It can be easily used as money site. But the more important question you should ask yourself is, Do you want to surrender your effort and hand over the control to someone else ? This may happen somewhere down the line esp with all those hidden TOS that only an attorney can understand.

with a 2.0 web u cant mange ur server and all that stuff, your branded domain, etc..

Using web 2.0 as a money site parasite is a really old technique. Parasites can withstand much much more without being penalized, so that's why people still use them for this today. However in the past months, I rarely see any parasites ranking, so it's definitely harder to get to the top like it was a year or two ago. But feel free to give it a shot. However, try to pick a parasite which won't remove your stuff so easily. Wordpress, Blogspot or Tumblrs are one of those, which will delete your stuff in no time.

The purpose of Web 2.0 is that users are allowed and encouraged to publish content for absolutely no fee and have complete control over the domains that provide them in perpetuity. If you don’t own the control of a backlink, you will have to contact outside administrators and get other people involved if you ever need your links modified, and that process can always be a troublesome. But with Web 2.0 blogs, you are in control of all of that, and will have absolute autonomy over how your backlinks work.

Own your content and place where you host them, dont be at the mercy of someone else. Been there done that and regretted it big time hence a friendly advice.

though i am using web 2.0 for money site , i would suggest to have it on paid one and be free of tension.

You can use web2.0s as money site to get started, but not really recommended. Better used as pumper sites or secondary money sites rather than primary.
