Not sure this is in the correct forum but anyway.
Say I am based in France. I am using cyberghost vpn which redirects through USA. However, I am using Opera's new browser which has a built in vpn and that is via Germany. Where does the website think I am? Thinking about advertisers (NOT AD$ense) but also new e-mail account opening.
