Using VPN to get US IP

Does anyone know a good VPN that can be used to get US ip addresses? I would also need it to let you change the IP every time you connect (not assigning you a fixed one for your account)
I searched Google, but for now only found one called VpnBoy. Can anyone recommend some others?
