Using Video Transcripts For Web 2.0 Sites?? Good Idea??

So i'm about to get my sister to write a few articles for me, for my buffer sites, but I thought to make her job easier (and quicker/cheaper for me), she could just find a relevant video on youtube, listen to it and type down what the person is saying ...

Is this a good idea? Will the content be good enough for WEB 2.0 sites??

If so, I reckon she could do plenty of these in an hour.
