Using VCC or Paypal for FB Ads?

I've always used real ccs but as some of you might know, this process is rather slow and tedious. So I am considering purchasing VCCs or verifying/buying Paypal accounts in order to try with facebook ads.
I've heard some speculation about these usually not working and getting your account banned pretty easily, but I've got other people claiming they work great (these people being sellers)

Does anyone have any real experience with these types of payment methods and and if so could you share your experiences?

I also don't want 10 brand new accounts with 1 post telling me to add them to skype to "purchase very good service, work guarantee"

In my experience, VCC's can be effective if you get good ones. But I haven't found any good ones in a long time. Don't even bother with paypal. There is no substitute for the real thing. If it takes longer, it's usually worth it.
