Using "Unlimited" Ad Coupons , I'd like to hear experiences

I've seen these post throughout threads, and as someone who relies heavily on Google for traffic, the last thing I'd want is to piss them off and cut a lifeline. I'd like to hear anyone's personal experience using them? Any issues?
