Using stormproxies.com to generate traffic..

I have a question and I urgently need your advice
I have a website "my first one actually" and I'm thinking about applying to some ad networks " like media.net and hilltopads.com" but they check the website to make sure it is not bot\proxy\vpn traffic
I'm okay with that and I don't want to break the ToS
So before applying I'm thinking about generating some traffic using stormproxies.com residential backconnect proxies.
Because they say they look like real IPs connecting from someone's house and I think this will maybe help me get the minimum traffic required for the application.
I'm working on generating real traffic but it is much harder than I thought
