using software web development site for pbn

hi all
i found a site which all backlinks are from software directories and site was used by a software company.is this a spammy website.can i use it for health site.my doubt is as its backlinks are from software directories i think its spammy but all backlinks are follow and the expired site has good trust follow.no russian tlds. what do you think

Sounds like it could be better than fine. Just look at the backlinks manually with something like Majestic. Then use waybackmachine to see if the site looked spammy itself. Then make sure it was being indexed.

Even if some links are spammy they're at least niche specific, so it could be a good PBN for software niches.

You would have to look into the backlink profile of the directory links. Unlike earlier directories do not provide a lot of juice and have plenty of OBL's per page. If the link profile looks more natural, it would be a good purchase
