I'm using this plugin to auto submit every post that i create on my wp blog on tumblr, wordpress, blogger etc, my question is, can this method penalize my site for duplicate content?

Why do you think will it be a duplicate content? You are sharing your post and linking them right?

yes, but every post have the same title and description of my money site...

I don't think so. As per my understanding SNAP posts e.g. twitter once, then in facebook once and so on. Unless you post the same post multiple times, it should not be called as duplication. You are just syndicating your website's content as wmoriarty mentioned. I personally never had a problem with SNAP (i use the free one).

and do you post also in blogger, wordpress and tumblr with SNAP? never any problem on your site?

Can someone add some experience?

No, I don't post to any of them. I use facebook, twitter and a few others.

why you don't post on blogger, tumblr wordpress?

If used correctly, this plugin is no more than a syndication method that actually works pretty well. Remember the old ping.fm? I used that with a series of different blogs and saw some great ranking results. This SNAP plugin is a modified version of the old ping.fm plugin (Social Pipes I think it was called) that worked pretty well

I use the pro version of SNAP to feed tumblr, google+, blogger and pinterest to generate a really good level of traffic and I would thoroughly recommend it as, once set up, it is an automatic traffic machine!

If you read the blah blah on the SNAP site you'll get the idea and it now allows for multiple accounts per resource which is just killer :)

Worth having in the arsenal for sure!

I don't think you will be penalized by Google for that and I think people who made the plugin is really aware of this issue.
