If i optimize my posts with yoast for example my site can be penalized by penguin?

I have never heard of this happening.. I certainly hope not, because I use this plugin on nearly all my WP sites.

Hi dude, Your site will not get penalized for using SEO plugins. You won't get penalized until your optimization breaks Google's webmaster guidelines. You should not optimize your site with the thing what penguin and panda hates. Penguin update hates spam links. And Panda hates poor quality content. I suggest you to optimize your site accordingly. You no need to worry about penalization.

You will not be penalized, i haven't heard that happening, but you should remember the golden rule that every tool is that safe, as smart is his owner. Don't do stupid things and you will be fine

Google may penalize you for a so-called overoptimization. So be careful and always know what are you doing and why.

Do you think that this way to optimize all my posts can be penalize my site for over optimization? what do you think? what is made a post over optimized?

The plugin itself cant get you penalized, but if your over optimize by keyword stuffing, and crappy duplicate content this is what can cause the problems

Yes ok but i need more data here we are on bhw forum: How many keywords on a normal post of 450-500 words are considered spam and keyword stuffing? do you see my image report? is fine? My content are all 100% unique and human written! So the 1% or 2% of keyword density in a post is keyword stuffing?

There won't be any problems or troubles. Because that kind of plugins just make your post or site SEO better by choosing-optimising best options.
