Using scraped instagram/facebook profiles for Ads.

I was wondering if it's still prossible to use scraped instagram profiles in the custom audience section for our ads?

Anyone know if this method still works? I remember i used to do it back in 2014 .

Anyone know any other alternative methods ?

I have this client who requires audience from NHS UK and i'm looking for ways to target those people, inrelation to the problem.

I appreciate any knowledge shared here.

nbot exactly for ads but you can scrape profiles related to your niche and then use bots to dm/message/post on their profiles to gain their attention

Whats Nbot bro.

DM/Message option is a big hassle now days. The message either goes to spam box or even worse the request section which they won't even know how to see. Its too much effort .

I was looking for away to target people by using their profile ID/Users like old days that facebook allowed us to do.

I think you can do it with lots of accounts and send a few messages from each so you don't trigger the fb algo

Yea bro i've done the DM/msg in the past and honestly its just too much work.

I wanna target some facebook group user. Posting in the group is not an option.

Man i remember back in the day it was so easy to target people. Specially on facebook. You could easily message people on facebook with your email (registered on facebook) to the users @fb.com email.

you can use a bot to dm your audience.
like set up 20 accounts and dm your uers with them
