You access websites from those countries. You will scrape emails.

Take a look at the links below, you may be able to find your answer. I use scrapebox just not for getting emails, I use specific tools for email scraping.

You can't really ultimately know if a given email belongs to someone residing in a given country. But if you are scraping them from a site that comes up for a specific country query then its more then likely. You could use the domain resolver addon to resolve the country of the domain your scraping from as well, which may or may not be useful as a company in France might use hosting in India.

But you can get in the ball park.

Thank you loopline for your answer.
By the way, every time I want to visit your site I found the following message:

[h=1]This site can't be reached[/h]w w w dot s c r a p e b o x dot c o m's server DNS address could not be found.

Do you know what's going up ?

The website server is up, with zero down time. Pingdom monitors every minute around the clock

So that would mean something is just blocking it. This could be local, like anti-virus, firewall etc.. or it could be in your network like your router or ISP or something.

Try a proxy or VPN or try it from another internet connection etc.. You will have to do process of elimination probably, but something is simply blocking you.
