Using Scrapebox Scraped Emails

Hello, I may sound like a total noob but i kept searching around the fourms but couldn't find anything, I was wondering if it was at all possible to use these lists without getting in trouble I read that you can get in trouble with your ISP is there anyway to avoid all of this?
