Using Scrapebox, my ISP slows my computer down

When I load up scrapebox, even to harvest a few proxies, I cant get connected to the web, even when closing off scrapebox. But my internet access seems fully restored after about 30mins.

Anyone else had this problem? Is there a way around it?

I would call your ISP. Tell them your a programmer and testing some software. When you run your software the Internet connection drops.
