using scrapebox for the first time (questions!)

you can get it in the sandbox if you use it wrong. You need to take time to learn scrapebox first.
1. always use different proxies
2. minimize Your footprint for a less risk in sandboxing.
3. dont do 1 blast and call it good, do continual blasting, even if you sandbox.
4. For your fast poster, use a bunch of different names/comments(highly spun)/emails
5. be patient
6. learn from home, and when your serious, buy a VPS.
7. get/harvest quality lists
Those are my tips.

how do i minimize by print? where's a good guide to learn how to use scrapebox without getting sandboxed? how am i able to get good lists? I see lists around that people share, are those valuable?

You can search name looplinescrapebox from youtube. That is video uploaded by Scrapebox staffs and you can learn from them easily.

Well, I haven't use scrapebox yet. But the important key to use scrapebox is to use it carefully. If you use it wrongly then you will be sandboxed.
While using scrapebox you should be careful about you IP. Better to use proxies..........
