Using Same Ebay after Banned from PayPal

I would like to ask please my paypal account was banned after I sold on my second ebay account prohibited item. My question is, when I create new Paypal account, can I link this paypal account to my primary, first ebay account?
This banned paypal account was also linked to some products which I offering also on primary, first ebay account, so this paypal account was also used on both accounts and accepts payments from both accounts. When my paypal account was banned, the reason selling/offering prohibited item on Ebay User ID: "name of second ebay account".
I plane to remove second ebay account and use only first ebay account with other paypal account, do you think that is necessary to change name, adress, email or phone number which was same with banned paypal account? thank you...

I use the same PayPal with all my eBay accounts, surprisingly this does not affect the eBay account or PayPal account at all!
Just make sure you build up and build trust with the eBay accounts before going crazy with risky products and mass listings.
 
You should use all new information with the new Ebay account.
Unless Ebay can track and suspend your new account soon.

I was not banned by Ebay, I was banned by paypal... do you think that paypal know that the owner of banned paypal account has also second ebay account? It is not easy to create new ebay account, my firt ebay account have many feedback and selling history....

Yes but I have static ip adress... so I know that paypal use robots... from same IP adress was created and used banned paypal account and two ebay accounts, when I will have new paypal account (new paypal account I will used only from mobile data) but old ebay I will use from still same ip adress... I have fear that when I will recieve payments from old ebay, they will be know that this ebay is from same ip as ip what was banned in paypal or I really dont know what to do, best way is maybe try to do it and when I will see what happen...
do you have some experience with paypal or ebay banned account?

They usually link accounts on names and dob i belive.
 
you should only use the new information and the new account PayPal. otherwise, sooner or later, blocking can not be avoided

They can go way beyond that if they choose. Name, DOB, Address, and IP leads to quick link. I strongly suspect that accounts banned for minor policy violation this is as far as they go, but if you get banned for outright scamming they will go beyond it if necessary.
