Using Rush card to verify paypal accounts

So I got my hands on 2 rush cards...

I'm trying to use them to verify paypal, but I beleive I have to add money to them before they will allow the test deposit?

And to do that I need to use paypal, which means I need to add money, which means I need the verify payments, which means I need... endless cycle.

Anything?

infinite cycle. is anyone in your contacts or family that can help you like using CC etc.

If it's a test deposit and not a test withdrawal, why would you need to add money to verify the PayPal account?

I keep asking for the test deposit and it wont process?

I keep asking for the test deposit, it says wait 2-3 days, it never processes?

I heard you can also use moneypak or walmart to add money, but that is costly.

how to use wallmart money to topup paypal ? does wallmart voucher works for paypal topup ?
