Using rotating ProxyRACK proxies for social?

I use proxy rack for some other stuff, I'd love to use them for my social accounts as well.

I imagine they won't work at all for Facebook, but , perhaps LinkedIN etc are less restrictive..

has anyone done this? thoughts?

just bought their 100 simultaneously thread plan, their proxies are mostly banned by IG and connection sometimes takes too long too load
